Join USGIF for its first annual GEOINTegration Summit, a two-day event focused on GEOINT workforce development, the alignment of GEOINT curriculum with government and industry competencies, and strengthening academic partnerships with both government and industry. A particular interest of the academic community is the evolving nature of the GEOINT tradecraft and its limited accessibility to many faculty, students, and researchers due to the often classified nature of the intelligence profession—hence this year’s theme, “From the Classroom to the SCIF.”
This summit will convene academia, industry, and government representatives to explore advances in GEOINT education and professional development. The conference will also identify challenges faced by stakeholders and propose solutions in addition to discussing generational shifts and innovation.
When appropriately educated, people and technology will yield heightened mission success in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, and broader geospatial communities. To ensure ongoing and heightened success, USGIF invites the community to come together and leverage one another’s strengths.
